WinProfile - Strategy – Calculation of Target Coordinates

The survey lines should normally be planned to run in parallel, in river-bends rather fan-shaped. Depth-lines should be planned to be cut at right angles to produce a good digital terrain model.

WinProfil will automatically generate either parallel or fan-shaped profiles in relation to a main profile given.
