WinProfile - Running the survey – Single beam

For the survey of most waters the use of a single-beam-echosounder is sufficient. These are downward looking echosounders with a single acoustic beam. Depending on the design of the echsounder the number of sounding ranges between 1 and 20. WinProfil executes the linkage of the depth data with positions automatically.

WinProfil  is compatible to all single-beam-echosounders with an NMEA- or other data format.
